today that it has relocated its education centers in Taipei. The
new locations offer modern and comfortable environments allowing AIEF to
efficiently continue its 20-year history of promoting education exchange |

between schools, and providing student advising
and counseling to the increasing numbers of students seeking to study in the

| "As interest in the U.S. higher educational system continues to grow among
international students, it's vital to AIEF's mission to provide convenient
access to the enabling resources we provide, particularly in major markets such
as China and Taiwan," said Dr. Patrick Fong, Executive Director of AIEF. "We
continue working to widen the passage to U.S. education. Our new overseas
education centers serve as gateways for U.S. schools to meet with students in
China and Taiwan." |

| The expanded facilities at the new education center include a library,
a seminar room, a computer lab, as well as a counseling room. "Representatives
of American educational organizations are encouraged to avail themselves of the
resources at our center in their outreach efforts," said Dr. Fong. |

The Foundation strives to bridge the information gap between international
students and U.S. academic institutions. AIEF provides diverse tools such as
overseas recruitment fairs, web resources, orientation seminars, school directories, reference guides, student scholarships,
and teacher/counselor training programs. Through the student services

international students on school selection, scholarship opportunities,
test preparation, admissions applications, educational funding, student
